Surely you are only pulling it one way though? ie. you are pulling it along its length.

Can't beat visiting or phoning around tbh. Lots of places in WSM no doubt.

What I need to find is somewhere cheap and decent for swapping tyres around and balancing when I buy mail order.

Best quote for fitting 6 tyres I can get is about 50 quid, I was hoping for a fiver a tyre, lol

Does that include valves and balancing?, if so, tell me where , please, the cheapest i know of is mill autos in creech, at £10 a wheel.

A friend of mine did work as a tyre fitter. He keeps threatening to buy a tyre fitting machine & balancer so he can setup in his garage & sort out all the drifters & the likes of us.....

I'll keep you posted if he ever sorts it out. Its a great way of earning beer money after the initial outlay.

Yes it included valves and balancing, will find out where it was as my old man was the one who sorted it.

Bear in mind though this was for 6 to get that price, which was nearly 10 a wheel still anyway, so probably no cheaper for 2!
