| South West Meet - crusie: Bristol to Weston- 31st of may Here is the plan: 31st of may, the last weekend of may, its a sunday.(plenty of time to get your cars sorted!)
The first meet shall be at Portishead Lake Grounds, there is a long stretch of road right in front of the sea with lots of parking along it(good photo op's etc), then from there we shall go to Gordano services. Junction 19 M5. once everyone is topped up and ready to get on we shall...
Cruise on down to Weston Super Mare, with any luck we can all get on the beach (get some good photos), bit of football? etc etc lol couple of cans (for people who arent driving!)
Then all drive through Weston up to the local hot spots, which tend to be very hot, as im sure you are all aware
originally We want this to be mainly CORSA's but now more going as many vauxhalls as possible, you know the more cars the better, every car which is going will be given a poster as well to stick in there car window
(first draft poster, feel free to add your own ideas!)
Ok so who is interested?
as for the time it shall be later on first meet at 6pm, portishead, 6.30 at gordano services jnc 19 m5 then leave the services at 7 to get on the beach at around half 7ish
add your names to the list and cars...
edit: any suggestions? |

| Re: South West Meet - crusie: Bristol to Weston- 31st of may Get on the beach at weston on a sunday at 7:30 pm on a bank holiday weekend?
Might be worth aiming for something simpler, like getting the local chief of police to personally suck us all off?
That has to be the worst thought out plan EVER in the history of people arranging car meets.
You have better odds of driving to buck palace and getting the queen to personally tune your cars for you. |

TBH though, same still applies to getting to the beach in weston on a sunday night, there were about 6 police cars out this week, sunday nights they are all over weston |

| Re: South West Meet - crusie: Bristol to Weston- 31st of may Mate, have you SEEN weston on a sunday night?
Just go to pizza hut, there were 200 cars there this weekend and there will be more than that next weekend, its like it EVERY sunday, just not on the front, thats the reason they protect the front so much, to keep us all off, lol |

| Re: South West Meet - crusie: Bristol to Weston- 31st of may Is it still that busy down there?
Few years ago we used to regularly go over to Weston on the weekends, sometimes on a Sunday night just for a kebab (theres an awesome kebab shop there!!) |

| Re: South West Meet - crusie: Bristol to Weston- 31st of may Drop me a PM if you are coming down and fancy popping in for a pizza while the action is getting started, anything between about 3 and 20 of us in there any given week, although I think about 8 is the best so far this year! |
