2.5 hours sounds well better than 11 lmao. Best I have done was I went from Hayle to Ayr, left Hayle at 10:30am and arrived at Ayr at 01:30am. Six hours stuck in traffic a Bristol then another 3 hours at Birmingham Was fun though.

LMAO 6 hours at Bristol? was it August bank holiday?

We did do the drive in about 7 and a half hours one boxing day, dad had a brand spanking new Calibra 16v SE2 in yellow at the time... thats how long ago it was, must have been 1994 lmao

Can't remember, I think it was in August but it was during the week. It was roasting weather and me and my mate we sitting in the Corsa boiling away it was murder trying to keep the engine temps down. The traffic was so bad at one point people got out and started playing football on the hard shoulder lmao

I lost at the football...... Im rubbish at it.

lmao Nah I can smell rain from a range of 700 miles. Best way to find Scotland when your driving up the road look out for flood/ice/snow signs and you're on the right track lmao

When we crossed the border back in to Scotland it was raining pretty bad, was sunny & dry all the way up too! lmao

I almost wish I had a picture of it, honestly at one side of the sign it was dry and not raining, was pretty dull right enough but no rain. Then right on the other side, torrential down pours lmao

Acutally I heard something about trying to make the border more secure. Probably just the papers talking ****e, cause it was a while ago. That would be a pain in the ass!

Mind you Salmond The Baw-Bag will probably be looking to do that now too

Any chance you can bring back a Polish selection box of shaven young teens (female) for us to tear the wrappers off & make dirty......?

When I'm done with them I'll set them up working for a car wash.
