not really limited to numbers but we cannot pay and display (so to speak) over this weekend, you need to be a member before hand.

if you join tomorrow you have a chance, i would normaly send out information and vehicle apss but due to postal strikes you may need to collect it from me either during the evenings next week? wednesday be best or collect the pass before you drive your car into billing
