I will be working at Billing on the friday morning before the show marking out the area and other various tasks.

I would like to ask that if a convoy is planned to arrange it so that people do not arrive before 1500 hours.

This will give me enough time to get most of the area marked out so that its ready for the members when they arrive.

Im now heading up Saturday morning to get there for around lunchtime. Just been told by mum and dad that they are away so going to stick around for the free house friday night
