    New car!

Well now the cavalier has been stripped of its internals and sold off as parts the time cam for me to finaly purchased my new ride.

Thanks to neil rushing me up to newton abbot on friday i picked myself up a mint VW Golf GTI 16v! L plate, owned by enthusiats, alloys, loads of history, 3 door and in pearl silver!

ok its no where near the cav for power but always like the MK3 golfs.

been to see mr oog, ordered up some clear fog / indicators, bought some new side repeaters

after some TLC and the new side repeaters fitted

the plan is just ind kit, wheels, exhaust, poss mk4 look headlights and some decent ice, just bought new badges too. i've bought this to be sensible lol!

fair play mike, I tried running aorund in a banger but in the end it makes sense to get something you enjoy as an intermediate car.

clean example and they do go well, a mate has an L reg with 210,000 miles on it, still goes really well and the engines pretty good to!
