but it seems unless you physically declare control yourself, nothing will happen. I PM'd one of the admin team (wont say who because i can't remember) saying i'd do it etc etc. and nothing ever came of it, apart from being told to 'declare my interest' which is what i though the PM i sent was about

All i can say is good luck to whoever actually becomes the co-ord because they'll need it.

this is getting to be a ****in joke

4 ppl on the first page re-plied saying they would do it one being myself

thread went up on the 28/9

i replied on the 10/10 saying i would do it
darwin said on the 11/10 that he would do it
also on the 11/10 coolamasta said he would do it
and on the 12/10 adamsri said he would also be up for it but would not be able to attend all meets

so why has a decition not been made yet 4 ppl in the first page and nearly 3 months later no decition has been made

even with some of us pm'ing mod etc

I'm not sure if the Admins PM's are working. I've been ignored, I mean they've not got there twice over the past few months

If you have people interest I'd arange meets between those willing to help

why dont we have local meets on different weekends, then people could go to one or the other depending on which is more convienient.

I have no probs driving to go to meets but as most people with families , family / work stuff takes priority on some days.

I do not get to events now Mainly because i am Busy organising My Own Events for South West Scoobies.

As has been Said on here, the South West Is a Large area, and We have had to Split it into Various Regions.

Cornwall, Channel Islands, Dorset, Gloucester, North Devon, Avon/Somerset/Wiltshire, South Devon

We have a Monthy Meet in each of these Regions, and in General we have 5-7 Cars in attendance.
The first meet i Organised, I only had 4 cars turn up, My Second meet i had 9, then 7.

January looks to be a Bit Quieter, however. when people do not have so far to travel, they Do make more of an effort.

A division is good and it does work. the various coordinators can then rally together and arrange occasional larger meets in one place.

The Admin's either have a Problem with their P.M or they chose to ignore Pm's as I Sent one a P.M asking for for info on the Webhosting used By mig. I Never Got a Reply.
