sorry to invade,but its worth it,
got a letter today about a 1/4run weekend at RAF portreath,in cornwall.
this is a run what ya brung day/weekend,
its on sat 24th and sunday 25th of this month, but you must register so they know you going by the 17th,i have a form ready to post and send out...

the prices are sat and sunday £20
sat £10
sun £10
which gets you as many runs as you can get in,in that day.runs start at 10am
payment is by cheque and postorder with the form i have,

so i'm posting this to let you know,and can send the form to a coordernator so they can send them out, or send then out,as the cost of a stamp (cheap i know)
