Lee,my comments were more general than aimed at anyone imparticular,and I'm sorry if I've upset anyone.I don't want to cause a bust up among members,I was just a bit upset that the meet had been cancelled for the second month running,and all other events have been on Saturdays lately,which I can never make due to work,so I'm not getting the chance to attend anything anymore.
I'm not sure if I can make next weekend,as I make sure I don't work the last Sunday of the month,but I may be working this Sunday.

I can do most Sundays if I've got some notice,all I meant was that as long as I've been a member the meets have been the last Sunday of the month,so I try to keep them free.If this is to change then I'll try to keep whichever day it is free.

I dont care where the chirstmas meal is as long as there is fine food served by fine waitresses

as for the meet, if people dont put there names down how are Mike and Lee supposed to know whos coming? its the whole frigging point of a list. Now Im not going to pretend I wasnt inconvieniced by the cancellation coz I was, BUT this thing happens and as Mike says hes gettting married shortly. Theres little point in arguing about it.

That is exactly why. last meet was cancelled again due to only 3 people, just read through some old threads now if you had put your name down tony last time and this time then numbers would have been increased allowing us to consider things further.

anyway moving on.

well its looking like i may not be able to attend the mig meet next sunday being so close to our wedding, will have to see however Lee will be in control as of next week!

no dates are gonna be good for everyone are they lee, the meet last sunday should have gone ahead anyway i think there were 4 people without mike thats about right these days for a sw meet

I dont want to say a date incase I cant make for whatever reason it and then I'll look like a cnut.

Thats why I only posted about going to this meet at the last minute, in the current climate I dont want to let people down!
