Sw / W rolling road day SATURDAY 23 OCT Powerstation,Cheltenham

Due to unforseeable circumstances the Rolling road session at interpro was unfortunatly cancelled by interpro.
I am looking to organise another Rolling road session but this time with a new venue, my reasons being tourqe figures are not available from interpro and alos a change of venue to help get more people interested.

Firstly i have found a suitable venue and will be contacting them soon provided the general feedback is good from you guys.
venue i am looking at is

    POWERSTATION
    Athelney Way,
    Battledown Ind. Estate,
    Cheltenham,
    Glos.
    GL52 6RT

price for a shootout is increased im afraid to £29 per car i am afraid

i feel this will be a good venue and i am happy to pay the £10 extra but what do you guys think?

Secondly date is another key issue, i will not be arranging it in august or september due to Weston wheels and Trax are within these months thus making an expensive month for most!
I will be looking to arrange this for october dates will be dependant on what powerstation has available.

your thoughts are important to me so please let me know!

Re: Sw / W rolling road day

To be honest I wouldn't do a 340 mile round trip to pay £29 for a power run when I can get that done for £15 in Plymouth. I know this is a 4x4 rolling road and is probably better as well as being a nice social event, but £75 odd for a power run is to much for a tight student

That said, I probably wouldn't have made the effort to go interpro either.

Just giving my thoughts, dont do anything just to please me! lmao

    Powerstation SATURDAY 23 OCT

They can take a total of 35 cars for the runs on the day.
It is a 4wd rolling road, and they do proper graphs Torque/bhp coast down loss.

Spoke to Powerstation today really helpfull also a great setup.
these guys actually tune BRAND new impreza's to order for dealerships!

    Very proffesional
price is approx £20 per car if over 20 attend, will need to confirm next time i call as the guy doesn't usually deal with RR sessions the correct person was off today! typical thou understandable.
I will be asking each person to send me a chq as a deposit for £10, i will return the chq's to people on the day for those who do attend.

    get your names down now!
