Adam, what was the Motorsports hall like? A mate went there and loved it.

sounds good but there is not a lot i can do at this short notice.
We will need to notify as many members as possible prior to this too i dont want members arriving to a meet then no one attend.

in future we will need to make plans at least a month ahead that way i can get letters out and notify members.

we will need to see what response this would arrise before commiting to it too.

then at this months meet we can let everyone know so no one misses out.
