not being funny or anything but does anyone else think a mig meet every month is a bit much when all we really do is go to either the harvester or somewhere else have a bite to eat a chat then leave, id personally rather not have the monthly meets but have a mig day out somewhere like karting or paintball ever few months

errr its been going on for god knows how many years. do you know how much it costs for paintballing and karting?.

throughout the summer months there is newton abbot sw motor show, pvs, billing, trax, etc.

theres also castle coombe and donny in the spring.

its only really the winter months which there are no national events on. which is why mig monthly meets are held to keep the members in touch.

no one is making you turn up to them every month, if you dont like the idea, dont bother coming.

I think the monthly meets are core to the sucess of our reigon. We're lucky to have such a close knit group of core members who will go to almost any event and make a real effort.

numbers normally pick up in december at christmas meal and then jan-march are much larger.

I think moving the meet south will be a good way to freshen up the event.

great, so the east midlands wanna be co-ordinator is now telling other members to shut up.

    great!

just what we need, people upsetting other people in our region. Its going to do the atmosphere at events the world of good isnt it?

    live and let live.

since when did it become cool on MIG to become abusive and rude to other people?

not going to argue this one, its resolved. needless to say I told no one else and claified it with mike - unlike you.

jasons within his rights to make suggestions. as it happens I dont agree with them but I dont go shouting him down and being a pratt about it.

thats exactly what i was gonna say actually, just drop the xe in it, bung valver brakes on it (dring off the lugs on the rear calipers) lower it then put the original wheels back on

    Instant sleeper

Especially now most of the rust has been dealt with
