    Future Rolling Road session

This post is just for information at the moment. I need to know what people would be prepared to pay for a Rolling Road session, ie a bhp and torque figure with graphs and perhaps some tweaking if possible.

Most places charge quite a bit per hour so what does everyone consider reasonable?

If it was a big group of us then £20 seems like the maximum. Very interested though, and if it was more I would probably be Ok with it.

I hadn't decided on a place yet, some are alot more expensive than others as the expensive ones tend to be more acurate.

Matt, we both went along to a place in Dorking, I think it was Motorvation Motorsport:

    they seemed pretty accurate.

Na, they were really bad Dave. Remember they held us up for 90 minutes because they were just faffing around?

I wouldn't ever recommend them and their method of measuring the revs was the same as at Gerald Dale.

I can give you the name of a really acurate place Animal (as acurate as you are going to get) but they will charge you £70/hour. Its used for mapping Skylines, Supras, Eov's, Cosworths and things like that. They have all the proper gear to measure everything.

The figures 'seemed' reasonable, but as you say, we had to wait ages and I wouldnt go back there.
I would go to a group one though, never done it, must be quite fun in a nice big group.

You'd be welcome to come an visit my rolling road. We normally charge £24 for a power run but we can discuss a group booking on a flat rate which would work out cheaper.

Rollers are SUN Ram 12 not the ones show on the website. Only been in for a week or so.
