A few questions I have, this are as follows:
1: Where do you live?
2: How far are you willing to travel for a meet?
3: Is Westerham within your distance (was always a great place for a meet).
4: What is the best time for a meet? Sunday AM, lunch, or PM.

If people can reply like this (this doubles as my answer).
1: Surrey
2: 20 Miles
3: Yes and In liked it there.
4: Mid AM, starting from say 10/11am, then people who wanna eat can hang around.

This will help Paul get some number together and then decide where to go from there.
Paul I hope you don't mind me doing this, but as has been mentioned this region used to run tings! Now all it seems to do is run from calibra owners!

Never been to any meets..new to mig.
I'd say 1pm onwards.
