even as a mate of his id say he definatly deserved it but then after his day in court yesterday he go off too lightly

had my letter come through the other day,filled out the form,sent off the payment and my driving licsence.
got a letter today opened it up,only to find my licsence in there???though i was going to be getting a ban,with totting up 12 points,so now i have my licsence with 12 points,do you think il have trouble getting good insurance qoutes with having 12 points?.

the same is happening with me,already have 9 points and ive just got caught doing 50mph in a 40mph zone,so thats a £60 fine plus 3 points so looks like il be getting banned,Just got wait see what happens now.

does anyone know if you can still insure your car while banned??
as i dont want to cancel my insurance and loose my ncb,as i have 6 years ncb.

i filled out the form as requested,ticking the box on the form to say ive got 9 or more points,so it will be left up to the court to decide what i get,with me having 9 points and all.
i didnt write no explanation just filled out the form sent my payment of £60 for the speeding fine,also enclosed my licsence.
i have two sp30,one was doing 40mph in 30mph zone,the other doing 50mph in a 40mph,not that bad,so theres 6 points,wasnt if i was doing 100mph,and i have 6 points for in10 due to driving my mums car when i thought i was coverd by my insurance company.
im thinking theyve f**ked up lol,i dont mind ive still got my licsence
