I have been contacted by Gavin (MM) who has stepped down as coord for SE region but he remains as a moderator for the site.
I would like to thank Gav for all his hard work and effort.
Secondly I would like to announce the appointment of gsi13 (Paul) as Gav's replacement who will work with Rob (SF).

| Thanks Tom, and good luck to paul with his new position. i'll still be around Dan i still have lots of things to sort out at home hence i cant put the time in ATM i thought it best that someone else has a supporting roll for Rob.
