First bit of advice would be to have some driving lessons so you can enjoy the car yourself!

just wondering if anyone knows i have no tax on the vectra but i have the v5 and a fax of my insurance policy and a valid mot but the post office wont give me the tax disk till i get the original insurance document . if i was to drive the car or it was seen being driven would we get a fine or is there a like "grace" period of like 14 days for you to get the doccuments? ive sifted through the DVLA website all day trying to find out and called them twice but the people who i spoke to was more veigue than i was and just kept telling me to go to my local post office with the documents .
think i'm gonna go bash my head off a wall somewere that might help me coz im loosing the plot i think
