    A trip to France

Just for a day. Pick up cheap booze, fags etc Roads over there are great, any high speed run gen? (i do not condone speeding) I heard of an astra GSi once hitting 137mph GPS (top speed) and staying there till Belgium once. Who would be up for this? First choice would be Folkestone get the train to Calais. But boat may have to be done!

Please put your name up, If you have nos/LPG/gas. Date to be set, but will more than likely be around october, and a saturday.

Low cars not to worry as you can say you wanna go on the underside and so is flat, i get my astra on, and used to get nova on.

    Spanishfly, no nos etc

8th october 2005 Is the chosen date! Who's game?!I've invited some friends and another local cruise site! Would be class having loads of Modded Brits to show the french 'how we do it'

    ***Official times and meeting points***
    The Date: Saturday 8th October
    The Time: Departure - 8am
    Return - 8pm
Meeting Place: Junction 8 services on the M20 (Maidstone)
    Meeting time: 6 - 6.30am!
Cost: If booked correctly a return ticket will cost you £30 for the day

    Mods round the bend...
    Few questions:

    1) Whats the relevance of Nos/LPG/Gas etc?

    2) When?

    3) Why a day and not a weekend?

euro tunnel wont allow gas/lpg/noz bottles on the train due to explosive properties/hazzard.

    Me me me me me

I was gonna organise something for our lot but we could join with you guys. I've been on the tunnel a couple of times and its not lowered car friendly, nor is the ferry but they have ramps for low cars which they bring out if required.

Police target british cars on the motorways out of Calais now because of what you said about good speeding roads, usually its a 300 Euro fine which you have to pay on the spot so watch it.

    Make it November???

Easy enough to do in a day, train/Ferry at say 8am/9am the train comes out right next to the international shopping ctr. Unless you wanna drive elsewhere its all within a few miles of the main terminal.

Don't I just know it. Went over with my parentals 3 months back and got stopped because the exhaust was too noisy. Ended up €250 lighter and almost car less.

I've e-mailed both Eurotunnel and P&O to ask about access for lowered cars.

Prices arent bad, about £40 for the Tunnel and £50 for the ferry. Both only do one way tickets so you have to buy one for each way and prices depends on what time you travel.

when i went it was like 20 as long as it was only a day, i.e.: 5am over there (first train) 11.59 return. Me and Kate got bored and begged to go on an early train. lmao

Down the seafront theres usually quite a few modified cars (most sh*te) November sounds good to me, i used to do this with another site, my mate had 180+ in his tuscan. lmao
