| Billing Attendees/Convoy
It's that time again!
Billing is only a few weeks away. Time to think about Convoying and the SC layout.
Convoy
We will be leaving from the layby just off J11 (M27) at 2pm on the Friday
We will be going: M3-A34-M40-A43-M1-A45.
Stopping at
Winchester Sutton Scotney Service Area - A34 (LEAVING AT 2:45pm)
And
Travelodge (Bicester Cherwell Valley) - M40/A45
So can all SC Attendees list they names/car under the day they will be attending
Friday - Convoy
Sharon Sr - 1.3 MK2 Astra
Astra Dan - 2.0 16V Astra GTE
Benn - 2.0 16V Nova SR
Friday - Non-Convoy
Saturday
Sunday

how do i go about getting the tickets for this as i need a few tickets and a few car passes and tent passes what ever you need
i have a nova with 2 people
a cav with 2 people
and astra nb'ring with 2 people
and three tents
can i fill all that out on the download form | |

Nah, you only really need to be a member to put a car on our stand, and camp in our area. As you're a member she can obviosuly share your tent. If she and your mates want to put their cars on our stand area, they need to be members. | |

the other people/cars coming with you will need to join in order to a) camp with MIG and b) show their cars with MIG as well.
I am setting a deadline of 2 weeks prior to the event for people to have joined and then emailed over the form applying for aplace at Billing on the club stand.
When you camp and show with MIG it is all in one place, you can camp with the other south central members and enjoy the evenings frivolity bbq drink food laughs etc or you can set up camp with your friends or as you see fit.
The downlaodable form is in the Member Chat forum.

we were going to be camping seperatly as we are all arriving at different times last year i set up camp at the back of the mk3oc (astras) as i travelled up with some of them as the novas never really had a stand there. I also would want to inflict my eyesore of a nova on your stand lol (its getting a bit tatty) | |

What time are you allowed on the campsite from on the Friday? How long does it take to get there?

People going to Billing with a VBOA Club get reduced camping rates through the weekend. | |
