Billing - you pay to enter/camp at the site rather than paying for a ticket in advance.

guys, we need to adjust the start time of the convoy to a little bit earlier in order to miss the worst of the friday traffic and to get to the supermarket near the site before we go in, then to the site at whenever the gvnor needs us there.

I was thinking that too about the Friday traffic. Surely though peeps can do their own Friday morning Supermarket run for Friday evening / Saturday morning supplies?

If you go past silverstone you should get a clear run. Get clear on the Silverstone road by about 2pm and I do not think you will get stuck

Shopping wise i always get it the night before to save the hassel of going shopping to get stuff...

Traffic wise.. we've never been caugh in it before..

I have a 12v fridge is anyone is interested - am selling it v soon but looking for £30 in excellent condition.

My advice is to probably arrive, get sorted then go shopping, food is fresh etc.

Rob - its a proper 12v fridge. It will hold about 20 cans of coke along with a couple of freezer blocks.

Well I will be getting some food Friday morning (or Thursday evening) and then dropping into the Tesco nearby on the way up to grab fresh cold beer.

Joe - I would advise arriving, get the car sorted, then goto the local tesco's for the cold beer.
