Gauging interest: Knockhill events/meets over the next few weeks...

Had this email sent to me from Knockhill today:


We have three big modified car events coming up here at Knockhill Racing Circuit!

First up is the British Drifting Championship on the 21st August. Add into the mix star attractions like Shane Lynch, superb drifting action and a fantastic atmosphere, it makes the 2011 Event at Knockhill a must for all you drifting/modified car fans!

Then it’s the BIG ONE!! On the 4th September the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship rolls in to town, bringing the crowd to its toes with the on-track antics of these hard-charging drivers! There will also be an exclusive display of only 100 of the best show cars in Scotland!

Two weeks later on the 18th is the return of Street Car Scotland with a huge display of Scotland finest modified cars! A must for all customised, tuned and modified cars fans!


I've edited the spelling... plus more details can be had on Knockhill's website.

So, whilst nothing is set in stone nor has anything been discussed or agreed upon... just thought I'd make everybody aware of these events and should there be enough interest for a stand, we can find out some more details.

So, if you are interested in attending as Migweb Scotland and you WILL actually turn up on the day then pop your details down and say which you'd be willing/able to do (all three if you want) and if there's enough interest, then we could look at getting the wheels in motion.

I cant make the touring cars as I shall be down at a race track in wigan watching the gf driving a lambo. BDC next weekend tho so I'll be there.
