Re: MIG Scotland - Billing invasion 2nd and 3rd July 2011

I'll be there. Heading down with Craigie & Jenifer early doors (5am!) on the Wednesday and staying until Monday so it's gonnie be messy! Though we've thought ahead and have a static caravan booked for the duration (yeah yeah... gay, I know!) and as for showing the car, don't actually think I'm going to bother this year. Arrive, abandon, drink...

    Sorted!

GAY! lmao No worries regarding showing the car.

Anyone wishing to show their cars will need to be a paid up MIG member and follow the above process for booking tickets etc.

    List of those showing vehicles
    1. Melv and Ellie - Corsa or Astra (undecided)
    2. Garyvaux - one of four!
    3. Craig (cmac86) - Astra (I assume)
    4. Stewartvec + Bro - Vectra C (I assume)
    5.

I might buy a caravan and the extender mirrors.....

Actually, I'll maybe no! Tesco £15 tent does me or Chateau de Vectra if it's raining lmao! Oh, I'll probably not be showing either. It'd mean I'd have to wash my car!

Mine will get washed before the trip. If it get's bugged on the way down then so be it. lmao

If ti rains then I will be under my gazebo (or South Central's) drinking soft drinks while getting involved in civilised conversation.* That sorts it.

I would like to show my car at Billing this year if possible? As Dave said were in a big static caravan, I'm going to become a full mig member within the next few days (just waiting on monies) but how does this work for me going down on the Wednesday staying in the van all week, as I don't wish to book camping space but would like to show the car?

Only thing we have to do is decide what room the haggis is going into before we kill it for tea one night lol

Does he pay the £2 to get into the Biling forum? I thought that was just to get the camping codes.

Sooo, will you be sporting flip flops, gay shorts and a poofy hairdo and using the term 'mincing' alot, or are you more the type with tattoos, a Man U T shirt (2 sizes too small for the beer gut) a Staffy and has a liking for smashing up foreign city centres?

Anyways, your regional area will be easy to spot, it'll be the one with the morris dancing pole?

I still maintain that, if we leave early on Wednesday morning (which we are) then we'll be at Billing for say noon? From there, it was my suggestion that we leave the respective WAGs to set up house/do their hair and me, Matt and Marc then jump in whatever has a big boot and fuel (that's me out) then hit the M1, M25 and on to Dover, quick channel hope to Calais... France, Belgium and on to the Eifel Mountains, hang a left into Adenau and the Bitburger factory, sload up, do a quick lap (slowed down by a ton of beer but meh!) then back the way we came, into one of the froggy alcohol warehouses for wine for the girls, over the channel, up the M1 and back to the caravan.

Seems like waaaaaay more fun than going to fecking Tesco at Wellingborough!
