So this years PVs looks to be bigger and better then ever with the fact its the 10th Anniversary,

The UK’s No 1 Performance Vauxhall Festival is back and once again will be a full weekend celebration of things Vauxhall. Gates will open at 5pm on Friday 10th June for weekend ticket holders, followed by two full days of high-octane Vauxhall action both on and off the legendary Santa Pod drag strip.

Saying that, Knowing my luck, Scotland will have 30+ degree heat for the 2 weeks I'm away

No you can't, not with MIG anyway, the deadline closed ages ago and you needed to be a paid up member.
