Wheel refurbing?

Who do you guys use for refurbs in the central belt, further west the better as im based in Argyll on the west coast also what kind of price should i be paying for a set of 18" 5 spokes powdercoated?

Cant personally recomend anywhere, but did see a company called ESP powdercoating advertising at the scottish motorbike show, examples of there work looked good. There based in glasgow.
