    Scottish attendance - VBOA Rally (Billing) - 10th & 11th July 2010

    The VBOA Rally (Billing) 2010

    Saturday 10th & Sunday 11th July 2010

    Dear Members.

To secure your place on this years club stand at the VBOA Rally, you will need to book a space in advance.

Drivers need only pay a £2 charge per car for the un-missable event that is the VBOA Rally.

This charge is on top of the camping rate you pay on the gate when you arrive at Billing Aquadrome.

This charge helps us to cover some of the increasing costs to the club like insurance and includes 1 VBOA Raffle ticket per member booking a space.

If you as a member are bringing 2 cars you need to book 2 spaces (and you will get 2 raffle tickets).

TO CLARIFY, THIS IS A BOOKING FEE FOR CAR SPACES ONLY. YOUR CAMPING / ADMISSION WILL NEED TO BE PAID FOR ON THE GATE.

The Closing Date for passes is 27th June 2010

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    A few things to note:

    1. You MUST be a club member, who has obtained a stand pass from us to attend and show on the club stand.

    2. We will ONLY permit Vauxhalls on the stand. Any other marques will either need to be parked in the public car park for the weekend, or in the limited space at the back of where the stand is.

    3. The event is open to visitors (not exhibitors) on Saturday 10th & Sunday 11th July - HOWEVER, where possible, please ensure you can attend from Friday 9th July to enable us to set the stand up and limit movement (and strange gaps in the line up) over the course of the two days.

    4. There will be space set up for 'day' stand pass attendance/exhibitors, but this will be limited.

    5. Camping will be in a limited marked area, please abide by this or risk being asked to move.

    6. Camping prices will depend on the Billing Aquadrome gate prices - we have no influence over this and you pay for your camping on the gate when you arrive. We will keep you up to date when the new season prices have been publicised.

    7. Failure to listen to and follow the instructions of a member of MIG staff will result in a permanent removal of club membership (no refunds will be issued) and possibly being banned from MIG

    8. We will use the address details from PayPal, therefore if you are ordering your tickets with someone else's account your passes will be sent to that address.

Hell yes. I was dragged along to a wedding and a honeymoon last year so I am 100% going this year.

Don't know if it will be the Corsa or Ellie's Mk4 SXi that we are taking yet.

Nice one Gary. Fair play Keith, you will probably get more sleep at home compared to Billing anyway. lmao
