| xmas/new year? ok ok, i know its aaaages away. I was supposed to be on a beach in australia with my g/f for it, but unfortunately im single now And havent been that well, so postponing traveling until next year.
Is there going to be a mig xmas night out? Just any of the scottish members ive met at shows and stuff have been a good laugh and every1 gets on Think a night out would be banter.
Any1 got plans for new year? Im thinking something different like newcastle Just bored of new year here (a party in tesco's car park is just as poor as it sounds lol) Another idea is work between xmas/new year and go abroad for a week at start of jan, bit of warmth lol |

lol **** isnt it. i normally go out to the pubs, then hit random house partys (wait a minute, sounds like a normal sat night, hmmm ) only think is every other person seems to stay home until 12.30 so its actually quieter than a normal weekend.
Suggestions welcome for either a night b4 xmas, or new year night out. (or both ha ha) More the merrier |

seriously though newcastle is dynamite for a long weekend, some good clubs and pubs. theres a complex just off the high street called the gates which is just an indoor area full of bars, tiger tiger, walkabout etc, some of the best weekends ive had have been in newcastle |

| Re: xmas/new year? aye, i think a few nights round about the mogmany /new year time should be cool, you can get a direct train from glasgow or edinburgh straight in to newcastle, only takes about 1 just over an hour from edinburgh and about 2 from glasgow |

| Re: xmas/new year? Please sir can i attend????
if your thinking about it try places like youth hostel for places to stay. usually in ciycentre and close to public transport.
and if we chocho it down, you can get group tickets that means its cheap as feck each fro the trip.
tried arranging this for rugby guys end last season and managed to book a hostel for £26 a head.
