is a bit gutting specially as i fancy selling the car

std the 2.5 is 167bhp, and the 3.0 is 207. really they aint strong enough to turbo without doing a bit uprating, ie; replace the chocolate rods and do a bit headwork. theres a good site which gives a good guide to these engines. il try and find it. its to do with putting it in a manta too.

cheers lugy, did the 3.0 omega have 207bhp? a manta was one of the cars i was thinking about, but mantas are pricey now for good`ns, but money wise i`ll probably go for a stripped out omega or senator which ever one it was that had 3.0 ,, did the carlton ever have a 3.0? (soz for all the questions,, just not many people with the big motors on here)

I don't mean to nit pick Lucas, but there seems to be a chip in your bumper upon close inspection.

Bad luck lugy, bet your eyes weren't on the road when that happened. If u ask Benn I bet he could recomend a megs product that will polish that right out.

Ok, ok no more joking around. I know you will soon work your magic and get that ickle beastie back to it's former glory.

the omegas ran the v6, and senator/carlton had the straight 6. much better with the 24v straight 6, but iv heard the 12v is better for tuning

oh and yeah the omega had 207bhp.
