aftermarket steering wheels

anyone help??

right heres my problem, ive fitted a new steering wheels to my 95 corsa gsi ive got the boss kit and the wheels, when i take the plastic ring off the old steering wheel and fit it to the boss kit i end up with one red wire insude it, but the steering wheel i have has 2 bottoms for the horn with 2 wires which i guess to be live and neg but i cant get the steering wheel fittedcause i dunno where the other wire is to get the horn working....

any ideas cause its due in for its retest and i dont want to have to bodge it with a switch

please help
