grrr! got knocking/rattly coming from the front of my car and theres play somewhere. not good. looks like i might not be getting some of the goodies i want this month.

front wishbones come with bottom ball joints
track rod ends are nice and straight forward on a vectra
that will cover the front movement bits mostly unless you want to change suspension

I was lazy this weekend hardly worked on the car at all. Went to the football on Saturday so today was pretty much a write off. All I did was take the exhaust manifold off, drained the sump, played a few games of pool and now im off to bed. Work tomorrow FTL! Still need to sort those 2 round screws but the drill was too noisy today. lmao

I'm off on a scrappy trip today. First Elgin to visit the scrapyard there. Then off to Huntly to Sharpwoods a proper scrapyard, where they keep a hold of cars for sometime, they've even got a MK2 Astra and Belmont SRi sat mostly intact.

i drank 1 500ml bottle of water so far
end up pissing all day at that, they say daily drink up to 7 pints of water but you would never be away from the toilet at that rate
True, but if u work it into your daily routine your body will thank u for it. You don't necessarily need it in liquid form alone, u can get it from eating fresh fruit and veggies.![]()

eat a lot of fresh fruit on a daily basis and also salad rolls throughout the day
aiming for 20 stones of muscle as im getting back in to powerlifting and boxing

im just doing the same as what i used to while at the gym, work on my stamina/get rid of the fat, then work with the base muscle and get it bigger again
