When you finally hit 70mph ill be happily pulling away into the distance Also dont you have to release the anchor at the start ?? I hear that can take a good few minutes to sort out

Nah - if it was a jap style claim then it would be 1000bhp on a 1.4 single cam civic (Non-Vtec ftw).

P.s. - Did i forget to mention its not standard ???

For how much ??? Probably more than my car cost

If I spent the same amount on mine you would be crying into your coco-pop's wondering why the world is so hard

Want to get it on the RR to get the fueling checked & a quick health check while its getting prepped for next year.

im looking to spend £1500 at the most on engine. got an ingenious way of getting throttle bodys involving triumph daytonas and my work

doing the heads at work (might try a bit cnc head porting using the 4th axis), going to speak to cat cams for a new telly...oh wait wrong thing then get a mate to talk me through balancing stuff then get that sorted, learn a bit about mapping (speak to the same guy. did i mention that he builds engines for race bikes and all the winning bikes in the scottish championship have his engines along with excellent results in brittish supersport and super stock so some of his knowledge should help)

also been watching lee886 (sp) rwd vectra

Sounds like a plan Still wont touch me though

£1500 seems like an awefully low estimate though I must admit - but if it can be done then it would be awesome to see imo

Nah. Imagine if it was and they followed the Seat naming policy.

Seat Rhine valley
Seat Black forest
Seat West Germany

although a Seat Nordschleife would be quite smart.

Been on the fone all day! It go's like this! Council will rent a single lock up to you but there is a waiting list longer than the royal mile! They have industrial units but will only let them if you are a trading business! Newbattle abbey have loads available but........ they will only let to light engineering and arts and crafts folk! NOT cars!
Ryden are arse holes!

Asked a favour in from my step dads mate and he is going to speak to neil williams and a few others to see what they can do.

Rant over
