when u on a helicopter to go offshore ur wearing a flight suit,rebreather and a lifejacket and sit in a cramped helicopter with 19 other ppl.

my posh title would be a joint integrity solutions engineer, basically i use nitogen(liquid and gas)with a sprinkle of helium to find leaks.
i work for a company called bj services and i probe flanges. its a job i love cos i do it a work and at home on the gf!! lol

astra barry you didnt test a diesil tank on the tartan alpha did you, the boy plumbed the nitrogen into the wrong hole "tank had a double bottom" blew it to bits. funny to look at but wouldn't of liked to been near it when it went off.

was the middle of last year, ive seen a good few accidents offshore now, top drive brakes failing on the beryl bravo was another good one. do you ever work up at invergordon ?

global resources, port services, anyone really just take contracts, im a welder fabricator was working up at invergordon start of last month on the ocean guardian, cement unit refit, was staying in tain the land time forgot.
