fitted new brake pads after a mince with some vvocers. i also influenced engine removal lugy style.

towrope round subframe, loosen subframe, jack up car and use another vectra to drag the engine out. lol. was class, try and host the video later.

Alright all, just back from a trip down to Dumfries. Went down last Sat, then drove down to Blackburn to pick up a 4-branch manifold plus a few bits (300 mile round trip!) off another migger (OpelAstra). Had a look at his new MK3 Astra sport. Had a cracking time there.

Done well over 1.5k miles, used £80 in fuel (I think), fecked both front wheel bearings, snapped the hanger off my back box clean and lost said hanger . Back to a stardard back box which sucks! Also other stuff happened, can't bothered remembering tho But it was worth in the end. I'll post a couple of pics tomorrow, right now i'm fecked lmao .

So, what's happened while i've been away?

well had a busy day today.

went to a boy from vvoc's bit and did a bit painting. done the v grille black and my new uber door mouldings. might fit a new door before crail though. also got hold of an omega inlet manifold which will be fabricated to fit the veccie. looks a better design than the vectra one.

also painted johns wheels. we'll see if he puts photos up tonight but i think they look really nice.

it should make a huge difference. little subtle things always make a car. especially when it is done on the cheap
