also im having a think about the fuel setup, should a get a swirl pot for the fuel system? im already getting a high flow fuel pump, injectors and regulator (probaly an inline one). The tank is going in were the boot use to be so room should be ok. |

| Are you sure that the pistons dont make contact with the valves. The tuner I spoke to told me to make rom for the valves in the pistons like the standard ones.If you use the following link there is pictures of a GTE that has LET pistons in a X30XE engine.Enter the site and then click on the Gte then click on the picture of the compressor http://www.e-b-tuning.de/index.htm |

| V6 Power, i should have no problems with the pistons.. had a look at the site with the supercharged kadett...very nice work.
right, quick update, nearly finished fitting oil sprays and im still having problems finding rod-bolts for a bit more strenth..heads are being ported and polished this weekend while i have some free time at last, double springs for the valves, then pistons shall be fitted along with everything else, heads then fitted and manifolds and turbos over the next few weeks, then when 80% built i shall fit the RWD box and start to fit into the astra. Still have to fit electric PS and finish of the body work but hopefully it should be fired up quite soon. |
