    Dave's nova expression 16v

Hi folks been on here a while now and havnt posted anything lol had the nova ten years now bought it standard and up until early last year sat like this

Back arches started to break out and was never 100% happy with the paint on it so decided to give her a full rebuild

Have more pics of the fab work but they aren't that interesting lol currently in fitting the chassis strengthening kit and doing the rear arches next on the list I'll be making my own front cross member and slam panel out of box section for more strength lol. Planning on putting her back to red but basically the same styling with a few small changes. Thanks for looking

The raffinos suit it perfectly. Not a fan of hatches but this looks spot on.

    Imo keep it white

Cheers guys yea the shell is good in all the right places and it's basically just prepping the shell and painting as everything else is ther! I gave the corolla the same treatment a couple of years ago here's some pics of the build

Lifting it after paint I was a happy chippy

    And built up

    Re: Dave's nova expression 16v

Been a while since I updated this thread although not to much has happened. Front panel that I had got a garage to fit years ago was fitted bad as they must have twisted it or something then welded it in all off. Dint bother me back then but now it does lol so out came the grinder

Slam panel was every shape ro so cut it out. Wasn't worth saving because the way it was welded along the seems etc so had to be cut to bits to get it all out

So I started making my own crossmember because I wanted it to be strong in case an let makes it in ther some day

    Chassis strengthening kit added aswell

Needs to be tidied up yet though. No pics of it with the slam panel removed would love to find a new upper front panel but may just buy a complete one and use what I need
