astra mk3 headlining

hi all i have a mk3 astra gsi that needs a new roof lining can you tell me if a four door will fit thanks

Nope the b & c pillar are different,

Yes I used to work for Johnson controls programming the robots that were used for cutting the roof linings on Astra mk3 and mk4 the b pillar on the 3dr is further back as the door is longer...

For a guess it's sagging? They were made with a piece of ridged foam with fibreglass or hessian sandwiched together... so it has probably delaminated, I have a mate with a 3dr mk3 headlining I will ask if he still requires it,

If you could find a good solid headlining you could get some material and cover it using spray glue.

Actually seems i was mistaken, i thought about it after and it would have been Mk 4 that we cut with robots so i just dug some old data out and here are the two Hatch headlinings details, first number is the Johnson control number the 90xxx number is Vaushall part,
