Project mk5 astra van

bought a mk5 astra van about a year ago and i have done a few improvements to it , van was completley standard when i got it,first thing i did was bought a set of 18" vxrs and fitted them to the van

i then removed the flashing beacon and fitted a set of wind deflectors

i then got a mate to coulour code the mirrors and remove the bump strips and run the polisher over the whole van i then lowerd the van 30mm on ebiach springs the wheels were in a bit of a state when i got them so i got them refurbed aswell

a few weeks ago i bought a set of fitted mudflaps and fitted them make a huge difference to the van

bought an xp splitter for the front last week also planning on putting fog lights on it an a sportive spoiler

thinking about painting the grille white and do smething with the chrome strip on the tailgateany ideas?

Van looks the part now michael! put the front grill white and like i said last night, de-badge the tailgate and paint the chrome strip satin black!! top work

bought a private plate for the van V9 MML so that will be goin on when the docs come back

Right do I put the splitter on without side skirts ? What do use think that will like?

aye because if i put skirts on it i cant use my mudflaps i would have to get paraflex or something similar and im no too keen on them

Another wee update got a spoiler for the van a few weeks ago and fitted it will post some pics later just a Vxr front bumper now and I'll be happy!

Gettin my rear window tinted on Saturday and gonna paint the calipers no sure what colour to do them yet though red,blue or silver???

Looks good now! Need some more recent pictures of it, dnno if its just my laptop or what but ive gotta open links to see the pictures? If you were to enter the image code then it'd be easier.

As for calipers I'd go for red or blue, probably blue seen the vans white. If its drums on the back i'd put them black too
