Looks good, I would be intrigued how much clearance you have once the engine, turbo and rad are in there!

Who made the intercooler for you ?

regal buddy i had it within a week i think it was after sending the measurements over, record time, its not that bad, the rad with the fans on sits under the slam panel not sure about the turbo yet tho, i sould of test fitted it first lol.

dont look to big once the bumper is on, when you think it will be on the road

nah doesn't look too bad, i think its cos its so thick and far forward. at the minute christ knows, just been down to see the paint job on my car and its full of scratches, drips and dry patches so needs spraying again...........
picked more bits up while i was there, they look crap too so i'll get someone else to sort them out and possibly do the whole car, john is taking the perverbial.

more bits back off the painter today and they are full of scratches and bits of crap in the clear coat, i'm thinking of going to take the car and get someone else to do it instead as he's takin the p1ss with it now.

Yupp lol, he quoted me 2k at the start that included taking the whold car back to bare metal and to get the wings acid dipped, he hasn't done either of these things and reckons he's spent double the time on the car thats why he wants £2750, he can whistle for that lol

IF it was a proper job 2k is not being unreasonable, sadly this painter sounds like a bit of a tool !

yes he's a very large tool, i need to find out where i stand legally about taking the car and just paying for materials.

yeah but he hasn't taken the car back to bare metal so he's saved approx 40 to 50 hours yet he's put his price up by £750, he's also f***ed my tints the windscreen isn't in properly and there's big scratches in the tetty and bits of the car haven't even got lacquer on, i'd feel robbed paying £800 for the quality of what he's done

be very careful if you do decide to get yours painted buddy as the chap who's doin mine seemed really confident and knew what he was talkin about, i just dont think he's capable of actually doing what he's saying.....

See their work, or look at the cars there. Tell them the finish you want. Factory finish= more orange peeley, proper finish= no orange peel at all.

Going well but do you really need a core that big? Has it been flow tested etc?? It's better to have larger surface area over depth! Remember you need to fill that core before you come on boost.... It's just over kill IMO

yes there reylands conversion kit, think you call it ap's under licence?

its not been flow tested no, but my theory is in the future i'm looking to make it twin turbo one little and one big for less lag hence the mahoosive cooler to compensate.
