Well where do i start

I have had the car the past 3 years coming up to 4 years in may, it was my first proper car to drive, I kinda bought it because it was something different from what my mates had (Saxo's Etc.) and I needed a car lol

Heres how i bought the car.


It did come with a grey sun strip but it came off hours after buying it lol

So after 3 years of driving her theres been a few mods to her and a full respray as the rust was really bad around arches bonnet doors and sills. (which is creeping back in )

This is how she stands now :





Shes lowered on 60mm lowering springs all around its been de-badged and its got a Peco back box with a straight through middle section (Loud) & a set of new 16' alloys apart from that money as been spent keeping her clean and tidy and maintaining the engine.

The car mechanical wise its spot on never broke down only problem shes had was the speed sensor and her coil pack went a few months ago so i treated her to new leads and plugs while i was at it. It does 250 Mile journeys with ease.

This is my first project attempt and i have really only got basic mechanical skills but what a way to start learning with a project.

Basically since the Tigra i really started to like Vauxhalls joined this site few years back and been stalking the projects on here ever since so its inspired me to try and take on my own, so i choose the Tigra as my project as to be fair its something different.

I'm not 100% on what my plans are for the Tigra, i'm going to keep her how she is body wise maybe more smoothing and getting rid of rust and tidying her underneath. but i'm going to be looking for big power.

Its still my daily driver but in the next few months i will be looking at sorting out a new daily driver (something basic and cheap) and preparing my garage (waiting on a new roof to be fitted) so i can start taking it apart.
