so got started on it

got some bits that was going on me astra


then me son came over and decided 2 have some fun !!

so let him do what he does (will replace what he bakes later)

the signal point injection that was meant for the astra so its a 1.6 same as the manifold and cam

so into the garage it goes till the turbo is on well till its done or close to it

so new head gasket, water pump and timing belt

o yer and thermostat

right clean up the manifold

i did look in 2 getting a turbo 1 but dont no if they will fit and there 200 so just get a flange i think

now the bonnet dont no what im going 2 do hear i have 2 so just trying things out


just need 2 weld them in what do you think ??

What are you planning management wise? Have you lowered the compression ratio? I quite like these diy turbo projects, but soo many never get finnished
