i think soom one should to that to an astra vxr to
Hi mate.........i did lower it this mornin...and it was just off the tarmac..by say an inch...it was ok with me in it....then my mate got in and...i had to bring it back up again to the height it is now......i cant get a normal trolly jack under.....i have to use a mates slim one...doh.
Theres a few good "Euro" astras.......but I wanted to be orignal...and use a Zafira....I have got loads planned....but some ideas I have no one has done yet...I will be taking the Zaf to PVS 2011.....tickets and hotel booked :-)
i like it mate!but i wouldnt put a bonnet bra on it..
Vauxhall Astra Van 1.7DTii- T22 JFF
I've edited the codes so the images show up.
Looks good. Different which is always good.
Bonnet bra would look want in my opinion but it's your car / mpv
looks mint chap, as said NO bonnet bra but your choice, a bigger set of the same wheels would do the trick
mk3 gsi c20let BADGER spec build, http://www.migweb.co.uk/forums/proje...dger-spec.html
That looks sweet
what make rims are they?
Project Astra Aero is underway.............
camber FTW
there 17's and they still catch if I have anyone remotely fat on board...lol....so I will stick with this size rim....might put a Laguna splitter on...??
The rims are........Calibre Vintage.....they dont do Vauxhall fitment at the mo but a pcd of 5x112 (audi/merc) will fit with wobley bolts and 5mm spacers on the front to clear the stoppers ect.
This needs air ride lol... i would love to see it sat like this somewhere..
Ideal ride height
Parked up at the shop low as my grans nipples.
If only dreams could become reality lol
Keep up the good work though, i'm interested to see where this will go.

Cheers ginge....nice bit of photo shopping....you have got me thinking now? Im gonna look into the costs of air ride now..lol. I can get it as low in th first picture bit the front of the exhaust hits the ground and the front bumper is sooooo close to the ground when driving...its getting banged up already...but I'm gonna play with the settings today and get her a tad lower. Hehe.
Oooooooooooo love that, wheels look awesome on it.
I'm louder than gods own revolver and twice as shiney.
I so want this car would look good parked up next to my euro calibra.
Air ride would be cool but it will cost a lot I paid just over 2.5k for mine.
Ok....I've been playing with the ride height again....the front bumper is two inches off the Tarmac....there is still another inch of adjustment to go....but I ain't gonna go any lower as I can't even get the factory jack under the front jack points...not good if I need to change a tyre...never mind ;-) .
On another note....I've got my Zaf on the power and style awards Part of PVS 2011 site....I'm sooooo hoping that I can show her off at the show if voted through. I'm gonna sign up to the member ship on here and I would love to be on the mig web stand???? Anyway....I will give her a clean after work tomorrow and put on the bonnet bra...and take some pics for all to see....fingers crossed the bra looks good....should look better than strapping my girlfriends wonder bra to the front end...lol.
dont be a jessy get it down i carried a small wodden block ramp for punctures lol for my passat
im going this way with my zaffy but need to get coil overs and wobble bolts for fittin my dotz las vagas on it it will be a one off as they dont do those wheels any more
but keep up the good work im lovin this very different nice to see a break from the norm
Yeah....I'm gonna do loads to her...all down the "euro" and "hellaflush" route..a couple of mates have got Zaf gsi's and they do the same old routine...paint the oe wheels black, lower it a small amount, tinted rear lights ect....not for me..be unique is what I say. Pics will be on here later....it's now a bit lower and when the laguna splitter is on it will be a few mm off the ground...lol.
cool canny wait
you need airbags on that!

Hi guys and girls.....been busy working over the last few days....well some more progress has been made and the Zaf should be all done and ready for pvs in just over a weeks time....she's going in for a cat back s/s 2.5" exhaust with just one...yep one silencer..with a single 3" tail pipe with a euro look to it....and will be very loud and annoying....lol..it's being done by Ashford Motorsport in Dover, Kent and all for just over 300 notes...can't be bad. I also had the CEO of Calibre wheels uk take some pics of her today (I'm running their rims) and he was well impressed with the work done so far..I will be painting a few parts tomorrow..I'm gonna remove the front number plate and smooth and paint the recess to give a clean look to the front end. I will get some pics on here in the morning and will also take loads of photos on Friday (exhaust) and also put em on here....night all.
