Just got an email confirming my Zaf has been entered into the power and style awards at PVS 2011....how cool is that...and as far as I'm aware....the only zafira.
the new exaust went on today....................very,very,very loud is an understatement...makes my mates hks super dragger system sound tame.
heres the pics of the exhaust and the bonnet bra....and my fingers..lol.

amazing zaffy there mate but the bonnet bra really ruins it TBH...such a nice paintjob needs not be covered in vinyl, just my 2 cents your car at the end of the day...great looking though on those wheels

nice zaf mate. if i get my on the road on time i will be bringing my zaf but mines is going to be on the 10 off the best stand.
Ah....seen ur madzaf on the net...I'm running bout 220bhp at the mo...remap next month will see 255 bhp and 310 ppft...then fmic..the back on the rollers ect...I'm aiming for 300bhp and that's it....so I wont be seeing u on the strip...unless im in the Santa pod jet car..lol.
Yeah guys...I'm not sure about the bra...I'm just aiming for the euro look theme...and tbh my bonnet could do with a respray....it's stone chipped to hell....I could carbon vinyl wrap it...but I aint got the time...working all next week and my painter has let me down...unless anyone knows of a painter in Kent that can turn it around in two days????

Got a massive flat spot EML is on and reads fuel trim malfunction bank 1, i have changed plugs AFM and coilpack now, but did notice some oily stuff comin out of dumpvalve any ideas mate??
Some residue is normal from the dump valve....you get a small amount of oli sitting in the first intercooler/boost pipe...well it was there when I changed all my pipes...and if the dv is fairly new thats also normal...if ur oil level is good and not dropping..and there are no overheating problems then...that should rule out turbo seal issues...if you have time drain the intercooler/water system off and see what the water is like....a little oil is normal....lots..not to good...but could be nothing...the last owner of my car was a lady and she never got it out of second gear...I had to give it a full service and cambelt...the thrashed the pants off it to clear it out..Or......a long shot this one....have you had the airbox of recently???
it had a service bout 3 months ago so new filter.
Ok.....Throttle position sensor.....the fault is a code relating to the air/fuel mixture. I was gonna say afm but you have changed this...o2 sensor....but The fault is p0170 so? To read the fault the o2 sensor has to be working...So I doubt it's that...did you get the afm and coil packs new from Vauxhall? Also..have a look to the top left of the airbox...there are two pipes running round the back....are they both still connected...you may need to remove the airbox to have a look....they are related to the fuel preasure regulator/air flow system....and will cause the car to run rough on idle bit fine on boost...and under normal driving conditions...and may even throw up the eml.
ok mate i will take a look tomorrow, i have changed the 02 as well but forgot to mention lol. the coil pack is from vaux but afm i got from here. cheers for the info mr, and i will take a closer look tomorrow.
Afm......I would buy a new one...they are not cheap but they are a weak spot for the z20let...Vauxhall made them out of chocolate....they fail all the time...mine did. I got a deal from phomphreys £115 Inc vat. Also check the throttle position sensor...and the grey oil from the dump valve is cool...all dv26 (if that's what you have) do the same thing for ages.....just asked a mate who used to work for bailey. Off to bed now as I'm on 12hr shift tomorrow.
Played with the suspension again today...it's now even lower...so if I turn up at PVS on sat minus the front bumper...u know why.lol.
Just and update on the exhaust...it's even louder now it's been on a few days...you will hear me coming sat.

Thanks mate, where abouts did you see me....I live on sheppy but I work in Sittingbourne..she placed in the top for last weekend in the power and style awards at the PVS 2011..she's also the lowest zafira in the uk on coilovers..I was running a little high today...were u in a Corsa d by any chance?

I have just ordered �500 worth of tx autosport stuff and shes booked in to have genuine astra gte bonnet vents put into the bonnet and a little freshen up of the front end (stone chips)...I was dirty today....bloody rain..she's normally show fresh n ready.
