    vectra a, turbo c20xe

    Hi,
    my car first was vectra 1.8i(90ps), then i put 2.0i(115) and put SA ecu vems(controling

    petrol and lpg). Stock engine, but compression was 11:1.
    One acceleration run:

    Now i put c20xe 2.0 stock with z20let head gasket and oil nozzle for pistons cooling, remove

    maf(becouse vems), sfi box, ported thortlle, 60mm exhaust pipe, siemens 890cc injectors and 4 audi cops.

    But i converted to e85 and dyno:



    Now i'm putting turbo(t3 trim 60, 0.64A/R), soon it will be done.







    I'm hopping to get 350Nm and 350Hp with stock pistons on e85.

    Little update after 20 000km with turbo:
    engine bay:

    turbo(t3 trim 60, 0.64) and external wastegate

    IC (600x190x80mm)

    Exhaust 70mm without cat


    So far i'm at 0.3bar boost from 2600-6400rpm, then i rise boost to 0.4bar at 7000rpm. With that i have 240-250HP and 300Nm, what is limit for LPG injectors. So far i didn't have time to tune car for e85(900cc injectors) because i need to tune 20+ cars for drag race and hill climb. But now all races are done, so i have time for my car

    But i have big problems with gearbox. So far i destroy one f25 and imho i'll destroy new f25 soon . Now i'm looking for f23wr from vectra B 2.0 d(t)i which has same holders like f25. Or do you have something better proposal for me(f28 isn't a option)?

    Nice work , mabye you could some f35 or something else from SAAB ? Atleast some SAAB engines have GM bolt pattern on bellhousing
    C20XE , machined down pistons , MS-I v3.0 , HX35W 1.2bar and broken F20

    imho f23wr and f35 has the same differential and differential is the weakest spot on gearbox. I'm not sure if i can put f35 without many modification.

    little update, movie of acceleration from 55 to 162km/h. Air temperature 2deg. Boost was 0.32bar.

    today i mapped a car to 0.5bar boost till 5500rpm, after that boost is climbing to 0.7bar at 7000rpm. Dyno:

    So stock N/A engine is good for 300HP with good mapping.

    Hi there,i have done the same on my astra.But i am having trouble.Car backfires and feels as if someone is turning the ignition on and of really quick when it hits 3psi.I am running stock ecu,stock injectors,aftermarket fuel reg.Also smells with fuel.Any help please.Thanks Sid

    you need to map your stock ecu or buy SA.

    I need to recalibrate my dash, becuase showned speed is 3% less than gps.

    I'm putting f23wr gearbox from vectra B diesel.
    Also i made double diaphragm spring.
