Collected the new bumper today alot better condition than my current one
the only bit of damage to it should repair easily
I recognise that bumper....

Got annoyed at the tappets so took them out
12 of them are seized will strip them down and clean them up tommorow
Began to strip and clean the lifters today found one of the lifters assembled wrong so the spring had no rebound also two of them missing bearings and the rest are completely seized up going to scrap the set and replace with possibly a free set of a freind or some ebay speicals
A hour and a half of queing at the post office and i got these

New tappets engine loom and injectors fitted and found the reason it wouldnt rev above 1.5k

you need to take the oil pressure switch out the pump and replace with oil pressure sender unit with 2 pin outs 1 of which connects to pin 4 of your diagram
ill post the wireing diagam i found for anyone else thinking of using them
just not sure on how t get a oil pressure reading atm
I think it is already a oil pressure sender unit will look into it more when i come to wire it in

also swapped all my coolant pipes over no more leaks need to carry out a couple of flushes befor i fit the new header tank and good coolant
Loving the corsa mate! Going get my funds up and start a thread on my corsa. If you don't mind me asking but how much was the 20ne? I was trying to buy a 20 ser off a block on her but didn't happen
I swapped it for a knackered moped
Ah well thats sounds like a good deal then!
Change of plan engine will be removed possibly this weekend or next to strengthen and paint bay and underside
Got it home one last picture before engine comes out
