Yeah thats what i was going to do,just 4 link it but dident want to lose the back seat.Plus if i modify the shell it would put me in trouble with the BIVA test so might be best to do it your way.

As I have hung it up, have several here in Norway used with success.
Should you run drag race, or engage in other competitions that require grip, it's probably only four link that applies. But it`s work great for me to street use

I started to make a turbo damper in stainless steel.
Preliminary it`s the only set with welding points to test the angle, tomorrow I will TIG weld it.

From the small pipe that runs across, I have 2 rod ends that goes down from the pipe to the flange on the manifold, pictures coming soon

I have done a little more since last update ..

I've tried to create an electrolytic bath. Found a recipe on the internet, and it was very successful, I think.

A plastic tube, 20 liters of water, a little sodium hydroxide, a battery charger and a "victim"
which absorbs the rust and crap from the parts that should be fine.
The negative pole of the parts, and the plus pole of the victim

10 minuts after startup


2 houers after startup


And the calipers after 24 houers



Tha calipers was used, and has been on the car for over a year, and was rusty and dirty.

Bought new super flex bushings for both front axle and rear axle.


Made new contacts to oil pressure, oil temperature, and water temperature


Scraped the front axel parts for tectyl and paint before sandblasting

The parts are finished blast and painted black matte with 2k paint
(The parts look shiny on the pictures, because the paint has not dried yet )

The power steering is from www.sellholm.se (swedish rally shop)
originally it is a short power steering to the Volvo 240 that ZF has created.
With 2.2 laps on the steering wheel from side to side

I've welded into the original heater again, after having taken it away to make space to the orginal motronic injection.







I bought a new work car, as the old one died (omega A )



New modefied, powder coatet "head cover" without the flange on the top


Moving the wastegate to make som space to the new BIG aluminium radiator.
