A couple of different wheels I tried. The first are 19" vxr wheels and the second are 17" vectra gsi. The 19's were too bumpy and I prefer the snowflakes so I went back to them.

Cheers, both sets really suit the car imo but the 19's would be rock solid with coilovers! I'm still running standard suspension but have fitted a rear roll bar. That's a good mod if you like corners

evening all,

got my zafira cleaned inside and out today by the polish looks well nice. Can anyone tell me the difference between stage 1 through to stage 3.5 because im looking at re-maps also the best place for custom exaust system i dont want loud just want subtle.

stage1 = remap 237hp 360 or 390nm
stage2 = intercooler, remap 255hp 400nm
stage3 = intercooler, remap, vxr injectors 275hp 410nm
stage3.5 = intercooler, remap, vxr injectors, vxr afm 285 to 325hp

There are alot of different options for the 3.5 maps using different inlet manifold, cams and the torque i'm unsure of as I don't have 3.5 on my ipf to look.

Got my pre cat today hopefully will be fitting it tomoro also plan on getting it onto the rr this month to see what its at then it will be off to the pod for RWYB on the 28th hope to take it down the strip anyways here's some pics:

yeah makes quite abit of diffrence it seems to rev more freely and revs a little quicker i would say it was worth the money but i got it for freelmao lmaoi think next on the list is the remap!!!!!

just got a quote on a stainless steel top hat and silicone hoses and a afm stainless steel pipe to come straight off the turbo to the air filter for £280 for the 2 kits is that a fair price??? me thinks it is!!!!!

im now on the look out for a very cheap project (corsa/nova/mk3 astra van/cav) so if you no anythink or someone is getting rid of a shed please let me no it dont matter if it has no engine cos i want to redtop it anyway or the condition i just want something to spend my spare time on other than my zafira. cheers

Remember and remove the fuse for the traction control under the bonnet. I will guess 220ish bhp and 240ish ft/lb.

Last time I was on the rollers I got 223bhp and 282ft/lb and that was before I fitted the fmic and with the fuse in,I tried just pushing the traction control button but should have pulled the fuse The bhp would have been higher if I pulled the fuse.

I have a full turbo back exhaust, airbox mods with panel filter and stage1 remap. I should be getting on the rollers again soon with stage2 remap.
