Maybe once I fix the brakes, they are simply not good enough for track work yet. I also think I have an inlet manifold leak, so maybe some of my precious boost is being wasted!

I also need new tyres, hopefully the Japs can send a load of R888s over cos nobody has any in stock in the UK since they had that little tidal wave.

If you fancy popping down sometime to Bristol you'd be most welcome for a good blast and chinwag.

Know the feeling only just getting my brakes to how i want them as well, I'll take you up on that as I pass Bristol every Friday afternoon on my way home to Coventry so next time I'm in the corsa and it's dry I'll let you know and swing by

This project is now concluded and much to my amazement a complete success.

The car is quite epic to drive, proper epic as in "you know it will kill you if you mess up". The acceleration is beyond comprehension if you are only used to normal road cars. I've fixed the braking and final oil leak and nw have nothing to do with my time.
