lol, yeah that was from local halfords when they got refit, friend worked there and got it for me for xmas, its a 17inch ripspeed wheel with 4 metal uprights to a reddot brake disk,
next base finished, crack on with the back next

some more progess on the tvr, the other seat isnt quite finished yet, just waiting on some more wire to finish it off, started on the rear seats, gonne be altering the shape and getting rid of the head rest as they dont really match the front seats now.

cheers, hobby really, although ive learnt enough from prof trimmers to be able to do it to a high standered now, plus i also have all the correct equipment, industrial sewing maching etc.
Nice you do some good work, ye i studied Fashion design (no im not a fairy lol) so i thought id put the skills to the test. Also have an industrial machine but not the heavy duty one with the walking foot for sewing leather so i've struggled a bit. you can check my progress under VALESIDECC corsa Z18XE in the projects section

Saw this corsa and have to do that to mine but dunno how to go about doing it? any ideas?

are you gonna do it in suede/leather/vinyl?
strip the dash right down all the bits off, i would imagine theres a seam along the line of the vents at the centres, so its one part for the top and one for the lower, the stretchier the material the easier, leather would be quite hard as it doesnt stretch enough, so more seams would need to be used,
i'd prob get a length of what ever material and lay it over the dash and start fitting it to see what areas need stitching and seams, nice interior that though!
Want to do it in black suede.. think i might just leave it for now though!

some pics of the dash from the tvr, almost all finished so will be going back on shortly, just sorting out the carpet in the car at the moment
