Right then people.. I never did do a project thread from building my Corsa LET, Seeing as though the car is now off the road and ready to be stripped and rebuild with a tad more power I thought i'd start one.
So... Here are a selection of pics from start to my mag shoot for TV.

The car has got a F28 in it now but I have'nt got any pic's of it going in as it was a big rush the week before PVS due to blowing the F20 to bitslmao

Stage 2 Hybrid Garret T3. I do have the manifold but its currently in Blueflame being tweeked





I still have such along way to go and I very much dout it will make any shows next year due to finacing what I want to do to it while doing my house up, but at the end of the day I enjoy tinkering so im just going to take my time and get it spot on

During the rebuild ill pop pics in here and keep you guy's who are intrested upto date

Nice one Keith.... I just fancy a tad more mate. The engine build im doing is the same setup as my mates Mk3 Astra. He is running PH4. I know I dont need that, I'm just undesided between PH3 or after market. The power delivery in his is so much better than mine and on the roads its alot quicker too. The k16 gets abit tired at top end. I was looking at K26 but I came across this T3 off my mate and couldn't turn it down .
I do appreciate the fact that mine is a lighter car so ill prob run abit more reliable than him with less boost once mapped.
That T3 in mine will give me a nice when it come's in going off how my mates pulls.

Big fan of your motor too mate.. not blowing smoke up your arse but its the nicest one out there by along way kid. Well done

Been looking at some gear for it today, New brakes, wheels, rod's, pistons, ect... bloody hell... i've not spent a penny on it in nearly 2 years.. forgot how exspensive stuff was lmaolmao

Going to do all the cheap bits over winter... Strip, Paint under side, rear disks, poly bush, new brake lines with bias and fuel lines, new rack ect. Cheap in comparison to the above anyway lmao
Leaving the motor, and big bits till last me thinks lmao

Well peeps.. Got off my arse and done a little bit of stripping of the motor today while the mrs was out.
Got all the engine out now. Just the underneath and the back end left to strip, then I can start prepping for it to be painted underneath and the bay repainted

Yes Benn mate.. Painting under it Just in the process of building the spit jig out of box section so I can spin it over on its side. My mate is sorting it in Blueflame as the welders are better there. Ill get some piccy's up of it when its done

Theres nothing really exciting going on at the mo.. Just the pulling it apart and finding bits you dont like lmao
