Lol, no worries. It's actually "KEU" at the end but very close to "Kev" I've had a few people ask me if my name's Kev, lol. Well like I say, feel free to make me an offer, I had no intention of selling it but at the right price I'd let it go.

I bought the camo as 4 square metres of sheet vinyl mate. I cut all of the shapes and applied it myself. It took over 15 hours, believe me it wasn't easy and by the end I was sick of it lmao

lmao It is indeed. I'm after some new wheels at the minute, should hopefully be getting them on Sunday. If so it will be a change in look and the camo will go...

lmao, I wish. Basically I'm in a situation at the moment with very little overheads and a fair amount of disposable income. I'm getting all the fun stuff out of the way while I can afford it before things like a mortgage kick in, lol.

Ahhhh that is cute! lol. Yeah it may help solve some of my problems, thanks Have you got a link to the SBD kit you said you used to mount it?

Not exactly true, we need a very high level of interest to put parts into production. Unlike Omega and Farndon etc who specialise in small volume parts and "one offs", we mass produce to keep costs low and we aim to recoup our development costs over a longer time period which also helps nudge down the per unit cost.

The down side to all this is we generally require 15+ individuals to be interested in ACTUALLY buying the items in order for us to invest our time and money in making them.

I think what I actually said was that right now, we have more pressing development work on going on, on parts we presently sell more of and it simply became a matter of prioritys.

No one lied to you. We are VERY interested in developing our small block (read as 1.6 and 1.8 XE and EcoTec) piston and rod range. We do believe that as the C20LET's and C20XE's start to become too old and uneconomical to keep going (anyone fancy sleeving a C20LET to reclaim the block like the YB boys do??? Its about £2k...) the next generation of Vauxhall Opel tuning will revolve around the smaller 1.6 and 1.8 engines. You only need to look at how popular the Corsa VXR and its predecessors have been to understand where I am coming from.

We already have the technical SAE papers on the Opel small block family to start development. Im only a stones throw away from pushing the button on the Corsa VXR turbo parts which will also retro fit into the older 1.6's (spending the extra development time means more benefits to more people).

Please do. We welcome all input from everyone on all things. If there is serious interest on the 1.8 parts then everyone let me know and I will see what I can do about bumping them up the prodction que.

Lol, wow, wasn't expecting that, thanks for the reply

I was actually told they were in development and would be ready by X date. Maybe he was simply misinformed as opposed to lying. I know I didn't mishear him though, the other guys I was with when I asked come away with exactly the same impression as me, couldn't tell you who it was I spoke to though.

I would ring you but all I'd be telling you is that I definitely want some high comp pistons with steel rods for my engine, it would probably be a very brief conversation so for now I'll leave it on here.

Just push the button! lol. I'll probably be ready to buy a set by early/mid next year, I hope they're ready in time

Also, where in Essex? I didn't realise you were that close...

No worries. As I said I think a misunderstand / miscomunication. We could have / will have / can do those pistons by X date (any period of time up to 8 weeks from initial production), but other matters came first.
