    happy days although it looks like a decent thickness unlike some 1.6mm ones out there
    Custom C20LET/Z20LET Inlet manifolds from £250, XE/LET baffle sumps £50, Re-flanges, EVO TD05 turbo conversions, aluminium & stainless steel TIG welding, pm for requirements

    Hello Nige can't wait to see the next level after this! Are you removing the apc valve now and running a manual boost controller with yours? Looks awesome mate the bay looks really good too.

    the thickness of the metal is terrible in places even on straight bits of tube with about half the thinkness on one edge compared to the other

    still going to use the saab boost controller to control the wastegate, but probably a t7 one, just need to find a wastegate actuator with some different options in springs to set it up, as the holset actuator i cant even move by hand, its that stiff

    ok manifold is now finished but ive just got another rolling road booked for xmas eve eve to see how many ponies i have at current as it feels more than 274 so lets see what im getting from the t25 and then i will be strapping the big boy on

    it all fits with the rad in with about 40mm of space, fans will be the interesting bit, im thinking 2 x small on the front and whatever i can get on the back probably 2 x small ones again

    this isnt getting its own diary as im not going to be showing much off on this ive built this to enter this years PPC £999 challenge at santa pod, lets just say this hasnt been an easy conversion and space is seriously lacking

    Yes dale oil cooler on this if it fits in the budget if not no oil cooler and just take it a bit easier

    Thanks guys car is running now only a few jobs left to do but it now drives just got to sort out all the water pipes and intercooler pipes and it's done

    If only I had used a 900 engine in my tigra instead of a 9000! Looks really good mate, be interesting to hear how you get on with the pipe work.
